Marie Joe Kfoury

Person-centred psychotherapy

As human beings, we all go through difficult times and face challenges in life.

It’s important to remember that it’s normal to feel unwell and to ask for help when we need it.

A psychologist or therapist can be an excellent support at these difficult times!

As a psychotherapist in Brussels, I work with adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems and burnout. My approach focuses on person-centred therapy, which means that my role is to provide a safe and caring space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

My background in psychology gives me an understanding of human thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This enables me to provide support and guidance to people going through difficult times.

I also offer couple therapy sessions to explore your relationship issues and learn how to communicate more effectively.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I can change”.

Carl Rogers

Therapy sessions

With a solid background in psychology and as a qualified psychotherapist, I offer online sessions for adults based on person-centred therapy, developed by Carl Rogers.

This approach believes in the innate capacity of individuals to understand and develop themselves.

My sessions take place mainly online, in a supportive and caring environment, where I use active listening and empathy to explore my clients’ thoughts and feelings.

My job is to help you solve your challenges.

I would be honoured to be part of this journey.

Languages spoken

The sessions can be conducted in three languages: French, English and Arabic.
